  Called Budget movers on Monday for a Saturday move. The first contact person who answered the phone was very nice and took a lot of detailed information. she said she convey to the salesperson Chris and he would call me back the same day. I never heard from him. I called back again and she said she had not heard from him and I told her neither had I. Well he called today with such attitude as if I had done something wrong to him! On top of that he had no information that I had given to the first person. It is clear to me and as a business owner and operator that I would not want to do business with Budget movers. I called them because I thought they would be great on price (which by the way they are not bad) but I would not want to deal with the lack of customer service if something happens. Service is King and built my business!! I chose not to business with them.
