Horrible, horrible company. They were referred to us by American Home Shield. We put in the call for service on a Saturday and they did not come to our house until Tuesday. When you call their number you can only leave a message-you don't speak to a live person. The techs who came to our house spoke disrespectfully to my husband (calling him Papa) and tried to say that our entire air conditioning system had to be replaced (including the interior unit that had been replaced 1 1/2 years earlier.) They have no concept of what good customer service is and be attentive and responsive when it is 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees in our house. I'll be cancelling our policy with American Home Shield-they should not do business with crooks like this.

Walked into the house one day to a nasty chemical smell. I could only assume it was the refrigerant leaking from the inside unit's evaporator coils. A friend recommended 4 Seasons so I gave them a call. Jerry came out the next morning to assess the situation, and agreed it was the coils leaking. Due to the amount of rust, they couldn't be repaired, and had to be replaced. Jerry worked with me to get an affordable price for parts and labor, and he set up an appointment to get the job done a couple mornings later. His installer Abel came out promptly at 8AM, spent 2.5 hrs installing the new coils, and was out in time for me to get to work for the rest of the day. Two days later we realized the AC unit was leaking water, so I went up to check it out. The drain pan was FULL of water, and I assumed the new coils were blocking the pan's drain line. I called Jerry again, and he had Abel back out the very next morning. Abel checked it out, and found the drain line was actually plugged up, and did his best to clear it out without plumber's tools. Jerry and Abel's customer service and professionalism was great, as well as their ability to fit us into their busy schedule with such an important issue. I recommend them highly. Thanks guys!
