- Bre HappyFeb 26, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is subpar & the staff is so very unfriendly. I've debated leaving for sometime but after today I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I've been coming here for 9 years, had a change in insurance last year but today all my info is the same as last year. The girl @ the counter stated they were unable to verify my insurance without the card & had me sign a promissory note. I called my insurance & with in minutes had them fax the info. The girl never followed up with confirmation of receiving the info or any acknowledgement. Bottom line good insurance, good service! My previous employer offered better insurance & I see the difference. I will not spend another dime in this place.
