  The other day I walked in asking about Insurance and had the pleasure of talking with Robert. He went over car policies with me, trying to get me the best quote. He wasn’t pushy and made sure to follow up with me later in the week. All around good experience.

  Poor old fart thinks he knows it all, likes to be-little none white customers. Very unprofessional and looks down on the youth, its not our fault he got old and/or that he never drove a nice car in his life. Not our fault that he's stuck there in his little cubicle forgotten by the world, if he's so desperate for friends why can't he play nice? He likes to make himself feel better by putting other people down, not just basing this on my own experience but by other people that use to have him as an agent as well. I asked him for a simple question about another insurance company policy and he spoke to me as if I didn't speak english. I can't help it to feel sad for this poor fat bastard wasting his life away with his rude attitude. How can allstate have someone like him represent their company? They are better off hiring an ex-convict
  
  Obviously Kristi H. is a white customer so no doubt she did not have a problem with Robert Bigler.
