    We went to the store on a Monday needing a small piece of glass for a gap between our counter and stove. The teenager behind the counter asked us to fill out a form and a tech would call us. By Wednesday I hadn't heard from them and called back- talked to the same teenager- was told the price, asked for 1/2 down but didn't know if the glass was in stock- no idea when I could get my glass.
    Thanks Americas Glass- will find another store
