  Worst table service I've ever experienced. Waitress took a long time to return for our order (party of five at the table). Two other staff members bring us the appetizers, (morzella sticks), and we begin to eat without the small plates that are usually on the table for appetizers. Our main dishes were brought out, again by two other staff members. Our utensils are not on the table like they usually are once you are seated, so we ask them for utensils. Our waitress finally makes an appearance and says that she will get the utensils. We sit with the food in front of us with no utensils for a few minutes. Our waitress returns with a set of three utensils for five people. We have to tell her that we need more utensils. She returns after a couple of minutes and now we have a set of five stained DIRTY utensils. It seemed like we had to be after her for every basic step of being a good waitress and it was very frustrating. It was not busy at the time we were there. I noticed she was covering about four tables, including ours. I don't know if she was new or what her problem was, but it's not the kind of service that makes us feel welcomed or appreciated for our business.
