Carlos was truly interested in what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something beyond our needs, or frivolous accessories. He was quick to order and install what we needed. He was patient and kind when we failed to communicate a detail about our thermostat that cost him extra time. All employees were respectful and cheerful.
