  Zero customer service. As in, I was not greeted when I walked in the store and had a hard time locating a sales associate on the floor - period. Despite the fact that the store was not busy, I wandered around for several minutes with an armful of clothes before I was able to spot a sales associate behind the cash wrap. I had to speak to him twice before he acknowledged me, and after he took my clothes to the fitting area, he never bothered to come back to let me know which room was mine. No one checked on me the entire 20 minutes I was in the fitting room, so I finally asked my husband to get the sizes/items I needed. Had I received any semblance of employee assistance while in this North Star Mall BR store, I would have definitely purchased several items. However, on principle, we left without giving them the benefit of our business.
