    Employees are so rude especially when dealing with people who don't speak English. Newsflash the company should cater to their customers not the other way around! Having all bilingual employees is a must with a location like this one, and the ones that do speak Spanish are head over heels with the workload that the others can't handle. Resulting in extra rude employees. Puts BoA to shame to be running such an unorganized establishment.
