    I have a medical alert dog and have never been asked for her certificate, or been treated like dirt by any establishment until today, when we checked at the Baymont. The manager tried to tell me I didn't have a renovation after telling me my service dog wasn't allowed, and then rudely asking for proof more than her tag. The room was awful smelled like pot and mildew, management kept his eye on us all night. If I stepped out to smoke he was lurking the lobby window. When I asked about the ice machine he told me its broken as another guest walks past me with a bucket of ice. I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted, I will definitely be taking my money else where.
