  Blue mercury is one of my favorite stores in town, not only for skin care but also for make up. Staff is extremely friendly, never get tired of my never ending questions on every single product. They are also very honest and are not just interested on selling products. Many times I grabbed products that were not appropriate for my skin type and I was recommended a different product even if the product was not not carried at blue mercury.
  Britney and Adriana are always happy to share make up tips and give few minutes make up lessons.
  Store is super clean (I am a bit of a germophobic).
  Great return policy and free samples on pretty much everything.
  About 2 months ago for the first time in my life I developed cystic acne. Prescription medication did not work, I went to blue mercury asking for a full coverage foundation to cover all the cysts (I usually use tinted moisturizer). Instead Britney recommended Mario B. treatment. I was not in a good mood that afternoon and I even told her that it was not going to work. She said I should at least try it. I bought one product and she
  gave me a sample of a mask . I tried both at home and after a week the cysts were gone!
  
  I had a “crystal facial” with Christina few weeks ago. I do not like facials or anybody touching me, she was great, made me feel very comfortable and since my facial all the stubborn black heads are gone. The texture of my skin has improved as well. I have not even used tinted moisturizer since,
  just my NARSissist cheek palette and lip gloss ;) (thank you Britney and Adriana for recommending it)
  
  I have been to blue mercury with many issues: acne, fine lines, dry hair, split ends, cystic acne, discoloration from cystic acne, dry skin, last minute Christmas presents, make up questions, etc and I have never been disappointed.
