Alert: My alert isn't about Brunn Station, which did repairs for me 3 years ago (alternator replaced). Mr Brunn retired and a new shop owner has taken over the location. He doesn't do repairs. He does diagnostic only. I brought in my car with a known fueling service code. I had known issues with the fueling that needed to be addressed. He didn't even replace the fuel filter as I had requested, never eliminated the new pump installed earlier in the year was working as it should, and he didn't check the fuel injectors to see if whether they were clogged. He proceeded to take apart every computer module under my hood. He asked what repairs had been done in 'last couple of weeks.' Then after keeping it all day, working on other vehicles, and saying he had done 2 hours of diagnostics so I would need to pay $130 to 'get your car back," I asked him what should I do. His answer, "I don't know. This is a tuff one. I suspect that oil from a leak has gotten into all the wiring harnesses and a hidden wire has gone to ground." I had the service code ran at O'Reilly's and the code was for fuel/exhaust leak, possibly something. Having not replaced the fuel filter, refusing to even do it, he didn't even do the things I asked from beginning. His answer to 'what do I do:" "I don't know" means he didn't diagnose anything, and he didn't offer any recommendations. So I told him to put my car back together nd it had better start and be drivable because I drove it to the shop. When I went to pick up my vehicle, pay his hostage costs to 'get your car back," he signed the service ticket with "Customer refused any further repairs." He didn't do any work I asked him to - the replacement of the fuel filter, making sure the pump which was replaced elsewhere. So he lied on the service ticket, which already had my signature on it just to allow the car to be seen. I wouldn't recommend someone taking a go-cart there. I drove the vehicle a week until I took it in to a new dealer, bought a new car. They suspected there was blockage somewhere in the fuel lines causing my car's issues. Their shop advisor is going to let me know if they decide to fix it or auction it as is. NO THANKS to Naef Performance
