  I recently purchased a bike from this dealership. I was on the edge on the price but then talked to the salesman again over the phone and he made promises they couldn't deliver on. I still bought the bike because I wanted it. I also bought a helmet, they didn't have my size in stock so they had to order it. 2 weeks went by and I still haven't received a call or anything about the helmet. I called in and they told me it takes 10 to 15 business days before it could arrive. Hell, my new bikes plates came in and I still haven't heard a thing. I reached out to the salesman about the issue and he said he would check in on it but never heard back from him either. I decided to order a helmet online from another brand and got it in 3 business days. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my helmet from my initial purchase. Sad thing is that I was going to have some new pipes put on my bike but I won't take it to them now. Terrible service. I will be going in soon to ask for a refund. I know they have a policy of all helmet sales are final.... that would be true if I ever got the damn thing. I didn't get the wrong size, I didn't get the wrong helmet that was ordered....I got NOTHING!
