If you are looking for a Crossfit Gym, C/S will welcome you with open arms. The staff and clientele are super friendly, plan to walk out of your first class with a bevy of new friends. If you are just starting an exercise plan, C/S is the place to go. The gym focuses on proper movement patterns rather than just lifting as much weight as possible, so the clientele stays healthy and happy.
If you come in, don't be shy just say hello to the people around you and get ready to put in some work!
