  This pharmacy is horrible. I've been calling and trying to fill my prescription for the past two days and they could care less whether I get my medication or not. I have two different insurances that both have prescription benefits and they can't seem to run a claim through either of them. I've even had my insurance company call them! And for whatever reason they still can't submit the claim. A representative at my insurance company placed me on hold and called this CVS to straighten things out and verify that I have insurance. She gave her all of my information and the CVS person told her it wasn't working and rushed her off the phone. Then insurance rep got back on the line with me and told me that the woman sounded like she was in a rush and didn't know what she was doing, and wasn't even looking at the right medication! She told me to call CVS and have them call the pharmacy help desk. Ridiculous! So today they tell me they will call the pharmacy help desk to figure it out, and that they'd call me back. It's been over 3 hours and I have yet to get a phone call. I'm sure she just said that to get me off the phone and out of her hair. I'll be going up there first thing in the morning. And I'm done being nice. This is absolutely ridiculous. Worst pharmacy ever. Worst people ever.
