  This is my 4th time here and last time. My nails were lumpy the time I came here last, but I decided to give it one more try. Once a lady employee laughed in my face for choosing pearl tips and said it's for old ladies..then another time the same lady looked at me and rolled her eyes and laughed through her nose at me ??? the man today who did my pedicure was very sloppy, my toes look terrible. They're a mess. The lady before me was upset that he did a sloppy,shovey job on her too. I'm not one to be picky or particular or complain either. He was rude and abrupt. I tried explaining to him how I wanted my nails done after he messed up twice. He started shoving my hand away when done with each hand, yelling about me to another employee who came over to get it right. He was so abrubt and rough with me after that I was almost in tears. I left very upset. I didn't want to even tell them to fix them because I was just so upset. My nails are super lumpy and not what I wanted. I was charged $10 more than usual even asking to do NO massage on my pedicure, as I couldn't have lotion on today so that should've been discounted. I'm not going back.
