  Found a great car online and contacted the dealer right away Wednesday. Called and spoke with Beau, he emailed an application Thursday morning. Spam stopped it from getting to me, not their fault. Got home completed the application and called to inform. I was told I would hear something shortly. Nothing, I called again to get the status Friday morning, asked for Beau, was told he was at lunch and would call me back. This was 11am. Nothing from Beau, call again at 4pm, Beau answers the phone. He promises to email all management to get in contact with me. It's after 6pm when I call again to found out the car had been sold and Beau was gone for the day. This wouldn't be an issue had they not already run my credit. Got a manager Chelsea on the phone, she apologized. Wow, during the entire process, I initiated all but one call. Just bad business all together. Also, several reviews with similar circumstances during the same few days are posted on other sites. Makes me wonder if it was too good to be true.
