  I DO NOT recommend this practice. We were looking to treat our two toddlers for allergies. Dr. Gilliam was very knowledgeable yet we only saw her once on our initial appt. Although the issue stands on her staff. The ladies in the front office are flat out rude, socially inept white trash really, along with their decaying teeth. On our first visit, we witnessed another patient who was being rude with the office staff and we thought he was just a jerk, however as it played out the staff came back more aggressively. The patient that followed took the same tone with them as if it was the way they have to speak the them, the norm. Over the phone, they are either chewing gum or eating, do not confirm questions with scheduling and sigh as if though you are nuisence. They seem impatient and aggressive making the experience hostile and uneasy. They are also eager to charge the wrong amounts. I had to correct them numerous times as they tried to charge $167 for a $35 co-payment visit. :/ I could over look her "problem" in the front desk however the assistant physician who saw us on the following appt. was not any better. She takes a "I know it all" and you are dumb approach to everything, spelling it out to show how smart she think she is, even under-minding the recommendations of Dr Gilliam. She responds judgmentally even after they prescribed my two year old an adult dosage- yet it was my fault her giving it to her...? The one star is for the Dr who we only saw once. Perhaps if she moved her clinic down to the south side of town, the unprofessional demeanor would suffice.

  Love Dr. G and her entire staff! We drive from out of town and I honestly wish this could be my doctor for everything not just sinuses. They are always so accommodating and the girls are always so nice. They remember my mom and I every single time, even if we aren’t together. They always go above and beyond to help us out with scheduling, insurance, or anything else. The only thing that wasn’t ideal, is that they don’t really work with you on procedures and payments but they do have a payment plan that you can apply for from my understanding. Like I said, not ideal but it won’t stop me from going to this office. Fantastic group! Thank you all for what you do for us!

  Do not go here. Dr. Gilliam is great but they want your money. Asked to be on a payment plan for a procedure that needed to be done and they told me no.
