- Grr MeepSep 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff is rude and unhelpful. It has taken them over 3 months to correctly update my insurance. Meanwhile the staff couldn't be bothered to tell my pharmacy of the insurance change. I was charged $240 for a visit because of this and have still not received a refund. I would recommend going to anyone else before going to this practice. The doctors are fantastic, the staff doesn't care.
