    After explaining in detail the minor issue with my car over the phone, they told me to bring it on down an they'd fix me right up. But when I got there an ask the young woman behind the counter for assistance she brings an older man from the shop back with her, who tells me they don't do anything like what I'm needing. Firestone "Complete car care" is absolutely false advertising.
    Will not go back and I'll surely steer friends an family away from them.
