    Bought a system about 2 years ago. The price was great, the service was wonderful, and I couldn't have been happier. Last week I had a problem with the system. Not only did I reach someone on a Saturday morning, but they helped me troubleshoot the problem and provided instructions on how to fix it. The softener is a machine with moving parts, and like all machines parts can break. The response of the company when that happens is what truly matters, and they were spot on!
