    Slow and incompetent staff. Last year, after taking several days to complete my taxes, they made my wife wait an hour and a half while they tried to figure out what she needed to sign. That's not an exaggeration. This year, the tax preparer tried to tell me I had no taxable income, she had failed to enter my W2 into the system!! Both years it has taken me telling her three or four times that I wanted to file and approve them online before she got it. Then she couldn't figure out how to actually do it. The final straw was when she said she would file them and then didn't send them to me... they have now taken 6 days to finalize my taxes, ridiculous!
