    I called Laura on Wed and asked about having polos embroidered with a template I had already. She explained the process and I told her I would need this project completed by Sat because they were closed on Sundays. Long story short; EXCELLENT customer service and turn around time as quoted. I am not certain if this was due to my constant comuunication with her; but because I required something by a determined time, I did not want to chance it getting overlooked. I was skeptical using them initially per previous reviews, but am HAPPY with the service I received. I will definitely use again for my projects in the future.
