    This was left inside my vehicle after an oil change from Jiffy Lube. A 3' professional grade oil filter wrench. It damaged the freon line resulting in $650 worth of repairs. Can you imagine the potential damage this could have caused myself or others on the road? Jiffy Lube and Allied Lube, L.P. (franchisee) have yet to acknowledge this. As a Marine Corps Veteran, I find it extremely difficult to understand how a business can operate without integrity to its customers. #makethisright
