I was offered a free personal training session so I took advantage of it, and the trainer was great. However after, a sales manager, MANAGER, came to the desk and tried to offer me monthly payments of almost $300 a month to sign up with a trainer. I was declining due to the fact that I did not want to pay that much a month, and I simply took the offer of the free training session, in doing so he was very aggressive, rude, and had a the audacity to make me feel like I couldn’t see results without a trainer. The trainer and session were great, but the sales team has to chill with their attitudes.
