  Walked to neighborhood HEB, ordered a pizza by phone about 10:20 pm, which I've done many time before as I'm just out of work, and I pay with card to someone who comes to door and takes card, charges card, and then returns it with pizza. I understand lobby is closed but was very grateful for the courtesy Although I never was let in, I wasn't made to wait in drive thru line.
  This last time, the boy working drive thru, who said he was also manager, who had a hard time reading the script when answering phone so much that I had to idea what was said. I told him had ordered by phone but I was on foot, he said I had to go to drive thru line despite the line and the clear danger and array of accidents that potentially can happen in which the company would responsible and liable for any restitution.
  Clearly a situation of the boys first manager position in his life which I applaud but not when his role is to be against and argue with customers. I've been a customer for years, lack of my business will not affect the company, but I'm sure I'm not the only one.
