  My niece was super sick last weekend so I decided to call and make sure that her insurance was active before taking her in and Im not sure if it was because it was 830pm that she tells me shes inactive. That really pissed me off because the weekend before their website was down on Saturday and sunday. Something told me this was bull so i called another of their locations and guess what she was active. So i brought her in and I told the girl at the front desk what happened and another front desk girl came up and I cant even give u her name cause these girls dont even wear their name tags! She has a huge mole on her face that looks like a tick and wears glasses that is the best way to describe her. She was very unprofessional by raising her voice when I was just concerned about getting my niece seen. She raised her voice twice and was just plain ghetto. Then as we were leaving not thank u or good bye and she slammed the door right behind me.
