  I’ve been living here going on a year. I don’t have much of anything to say that is negative. The rent did increase recently, but not enough for me to jump ship. I do pay roughly $900 for a small one bedroom apartment, however you’ll be hard-pressed to find a comparable apartment that offers built-in washers and dryers. The appliances, floors and bathrooms are nice. One gripe - some of the drawer and cabinet placement is subpar (e.g. I cannot open one small drawer near the oven unless the oven door is open far enough). It can be loud sometimes, but nothing beyond what one might expect. There is also an issue with dog poop all over the gounds, but really this is just some tenants being inconsiderate/lazy since there are stands with bags all over the complex. Maintenance has been ok, although I have had an instance where a request was closed out without being completed and I ended up just taking care of it myself. Overall, you can probably find larger, cheaper apartments elsewhere and nearby - but I like the complex overall and the quality inside is better than most others that I visited before moving here.
