  After getting treated horribly by my local post office, I decided to give this place a chance. Not only did they print some documents from my e-mail, they packed and shipped a large piece of valuable art. Everything went great and my package arrived in perfect condition. If you are like me and need convenience, visit them!

  I've been a customer of theirs since back in the day when all they had were PO Boxes. They've always been quick to respond to questions, helpful w/ packaging for shipping and I especially appreciate the personal touch of flyers/invitations left in my box regarding company events. They're genuinely good people.
  
  In the last 10 yrs of being a customer, I have always been treated w/ respect and kindness. There a family run business, and they make their customers feel like part of their family.
  
  It bothers me to read bad reviews regarding these folks, I'm not saying they didn't happen because i don't know, it very well may have.
  
  Everyone has an off day, sounds like they have had two. The other 363 days of the year, I venture to say, they're wonderful folks, kind and respectful. They are very knowledgeable, and really do strive for excellence.
