I originally went in the store to make an exchange but I could not find anything in my size so I decided to get just get my refund back. The store manager Jasmine was EXTREMELY rude and very unprofessional. She began rolling her eyes as if it was a hassle for her to refund me my money. She began calling me "girl" instead of using a more professional term like "ma'am". It was almost like she was getting a kick out of going back and forth with me. When i told her i was going to complain to coorperate(which i already have) she smirked and giggled as if she could care less about her job. If PacSun thinks someone like Jasmine is a perfect representation for a manager they need to immediately reevaluate her. This will be the last time i shop at PacSun i will no longer waist my time and money dealing with these rude employees.
