- Jesus GirauDec 13, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As a prior Papa John's employee I do understand how at times when you would forget a item on your delivery run but 2 times in a row is a bad pattern. Personally I made three delivery order from this location. First time my order took nearly two hours because they are short on drivers. Second time they forgot my cup. Third time they are short on drivers and when my pizza finally arrived they forgot my drink. Driver offer me a refund instead of the drink but come on who really eat pizza with nothing to drink. It is not the customer fault that GM is not able to hire enough drivers and having the other drivers work beyond exhaustion.
