Absolute waste of time and money. I had a scheduled appointment at 8 AM for my dog Rusty to get him a free bath, and upon arrival was told that he was required to receive shots before being allowed to give him his bath. I agree to the shots, begrudgingly, in order for him to receive his bath. The vet (Dr. Ramsey) comes in, and Rusty began to get a small bit aggressive with the vet tech. The vet asks for me to put the muzzle on Rusty for them, which I then do, and was then was informed that I was ready to leave, and that they would contact me when he's ready to be picked up. I asked for when he would be ready, and they had told me he would be ready at 2 PM (which seems quite long for a dog to be receiving his shots and for a bath). Now at this point, it's a little while after 2 (I'd say anywhere between 2:20 and 2:40), and no word from the vet. I give them a call, and they inform me that he is ready to be picked up (which is what they should have done). However, during the phone call, I ask if he received his bath (which was the whole point of this visit), and they tell me that they hadn't given him his bath. I'm livid at this point, given that they essentially took $60 from me (the total for his shots) all for what was supposed to have been a free bath (the exact same shots that could be given to him somewhere else for cheaper). I drive down there, walk in and ask them for my dog, and ask why I had to pay $60 for shots if they weren't going to give him his bath (which they told me was absolutely required for him to get, in order to receive his bath). They inform me that I would be taken back to one of the rooms, and that the office manager (Damien Ivory) would be in shorty. When he arrived he confronted me with a smug demeanor and arrogance that would make anyone with a concern or issue fuming. I ask him why my dog didn't receive his bath, upon which he responded with him being "too aggressive" to give a bath too, in addition to also lying about the animal hospital contacting me for pickup, and that they had to put the muzzle on him. They never contacted me, they made me put the muzzle on him and took claim for it, never gave him the bath (the only reason why I even came in) and demanded me to pay the $60 for a service that shouldn't have even been necessary. And when I told him that I didn't want to pay, he smugly said "take it up with collections then" and rudely left while he made an office lady bring me back my dog. This place is a total scam, office manager is beyond rude and unprofessional, and it's very clear that this hospital has no passion for their calling, and our pets. Only to line their pockets.
