  I came into raw on a hair crisis. My hair was a hot mess, my old hair dresser stood me up, and i was leaving for Italy in a week. I first did a conceltation with Nay C who was wonderful but wouldn't not cut or color my hair because it was curly. She wasn't a curly cut specialist. She said you need to see Anna. She will fix everything. At first i didnt understand, curly hair has never been an issue before. Anna was completely booked for the next few weeks but went out of her way to fit me in. Nay C did some treatments to get me set up for my apointment and i came back in a few days to see Anna. She was amazing! I cant say enough how much i appreciate her fitting me in that day because she was definity busy. She is hair magician. My hair has never looked or felt this amazing. I have very very curly hair w ringlets. I haven't seen the riglets in my hair sence i was a kid. I thought they were gone forever! She cut my hair so the curls fall perfectly. I have NEVER loved my hair like i do now. She showed me how to style and care for it so i can enhance the curls. I had no idea it needed to be cared for or cut differentially then straignt hair. Not one hair dresser EVER has shown me what she has and you can see it in how amazing my hair looks. I really appreciate the staff at raw. Each one is warm and welcoming. I sincerely respect Nay C because i was willing to pay them whatever to fix my hair right then on that first visit but she refused and told me it'll be worth the wait because she couldn't, instead of just taking my money and sending me out the door with a mediocre hair cut. All in all the people are wonderful and they care. I will never go anywhere else.
