    They purposely charge you extra fees. one example, Was late on rent and had an agreement that they would not file eviction but they still did even when I paid that same day. I ended up still being responsible for the $121 eviction fee. I have lived here for 2 years and still continue to have problems. The property has become very unkept and dirty and although they advertise a computer lab, none of the computers work. Bad choice to live. Would NOT recommend
