  We woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. Called San Antonio air service this morning and they promptly sent a technician out (Edgar). Edgar was extremely efficient and explained everything step by step. He is the most well-mannered and polite Tech we have had in our home in a long, long time! After assessing the situation, he explained what our options were. Our unit is 11 years old. It could be repaired and we could possibly extend its life by 2-5 more years before having to buy a new unit. That, of course, would cost money and there would only be a one year warranty. We then asked about purchasing a new unit. He called one of their sales reps, MikeYetman, who arrived very promptly. We did not experience any high-pressure sales, simply were explained what our options were and what the cost would be. They both patiently answered all of our questions. We have opted to purchase a new unit, based on reviews we have seen online, and also on the reputation of the company. It also comes with a 10-year warranty for all parts and labor , no loopholes, no hidden cost. We highly recommend this company.
