  Had to wait an unreasonable amount of time until I finally got to speak with someone. They didn't even seem apologetic at all or eager to help. At that point I didn't really care and just wanted to get on with what I came there for in the first place, a new phone.
  
  He was no less than the manager on duty, and I was shocked at his lack of knowledge. My S5 active had served me very well, but it was at its end and was time to replace. I WANTED to walk out of there with a phone, just unsure which exactly.
  
  Every question I asked him about the S8 line of phones his answer was always something along the lines of "Well it's just better than older phones. It's really amazing, has great features and I love mine personally."
  
  That's it. He'd never actually say WHY it's great, or what makes it better. After about 10 minutes trying to get answers from this fanboy idiot, I left. Waste of time.
