  I came in to mail a package. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. She took my package, clutched it to her chest, and started lecturing me about stapling the packing envelope shut. She claimed that she had spoken to me on the phone and expressly told me not to do that. I pointed out to her that I have never spoken to her and don't know her. Instead of apologizing, she clutched my package to her chest, rolled her eyes, and walked away. I could tell the other worker was very uncomfortable with her behavior also. Yes, she mistook me for someone else, but was she going to lecture that person like a bad three year old?

  Great experience. I went in not really knowing how to to mail my tax info to the IRS and despite being the only associate in the store, the cashier Jeannine was extremely helpful. She walked me through what I needed to do and made my experience really easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
