  Very disappointed in their customer service. Had a friend ship a valuable package to me from San Antonio to Houston. It did not arrive at my home in Houston. When I called to start an investigation and get my reimbursement, it took them nearly 3 weeks to start the investigation. I was told by corporate UPS that the final step in the investigation is dependent on the local UPS store (this San Antonio store in this case). This one apparently said I acknowledged receipt of the package. All I have in my phone records are >7 calls with UPS stating I never received my package. Now I don't have my package, and I am lacking the original cost of the package plus the money to ship, not to mention I've spent >1 month on the hassle of phone calls to discuss the status of the package and the investigation. This AM they told me my case is closed because I acknowledged receipt of the package (which NEVER happened). Please consider another service before shipping your holiday items if you value your time and your money.
