  This washtub is the worst i have ever been to! I first pull up the guy who is attending me seemed to be in a rush and usually they ask you if you would like any thing extra that is not on your membership as in tire shine or air freshner and of course he did not ask, i had to ask for it. Then i go inside and again the person on the register seems annoyed and looks like she hates her job and is in a rush to just collect my money. Then after i pay i go out and wait for my vehicle to get washed it comes out of course then it took about another 10 mins. to get the vehicle dried out. They call me that my vehicle is ready as i sit in the car i notice that they missed a window that wasnt dried out properly. I bring it to the attention to the gentleman that was drying out the vehicle in front of me and he right away came and wiped the window down. As im ready to leave im trapped in between one vehicle that is still being cleaned in front of me then they park another vehicle right behind me that needs to be cleaned, then on my left and right hand side are cars that as well are being cleaned. So at that point im irritated because even though my vehicle is good to go im still waiting for them to move the other vehicles out of the way so i can get going. I would never go back to this wash tub very unorganized and vehicles are back to back on a small parking lot being cleaned just very unorganized

  I typically would not be so upset, but when I comes to my vehicle I am particular, especially after be charged for that particular detail. I expected them to be more professional with service, but I ended up having to go home and complete the detail myself. I feel if you spend the money to have your exterior and interior cleaned, especially after you specifically inquire about the interior, it should be done... the workers were more concerned with driving my car and moving it than they were with getting it cleaned. Then, when I asked about the water spots on my hood, the "detailer" suggested I put vinegar on my hood when I got home. I knew very well a simple spray wax would remove it but be inclined to insult my intelligence. Someone who is experienced should inspect the vehicles before handing it over to a customer and asking them if it's okay.
