  We have been here since dec. The upstairs neighbors let their kids run back and forth all day into the late night. Its banging and stomping noises even at 2am every day. It's awful. We have to call maintenance way to often. Already have had a water leak, they fixed it two times now. Worked on garbage disposal twice before finally putting in a new one. The light sockets are dangerous. One blue up our scentsy light and then the lights in the apartment went out. They didn't replace the scentsy. Another outlet shoots out sparks of you plug something in it. They play football in the parking lot late at night and it's so loud. The parking... omg. Your lucky if you can park near your apartment but usually not. We often have to park in other parking lots and walk far to our apartment. Or park on the street and risk the car getting hit. They have tons of huge dogs out here many off leash. Dog poop doesn't get picked up. Neighbors have parties and bbq's with tons of people and noise. They take up the parking spots too. We pay for trash yet the dumpster is always overflowing. It's been one thing after the other in just 4 months time. We definitely will be moving.
