  My day began with me looking into options for trading in my Kia Soul. I was immediately greated by my sales rep Mauricio Rivera. I explained to him my wants, needs and concerns and he took that information and found me three vehicles that fit my criteria. Mauricio really took the time to explain to me the benefits of each vehicle as well as giving me his opinion based on his personal experience. He allowed me to make a decision without feeling rushed or pressured. By the end of the day what was once just an inquiry about trading my Kia Soul, turned into me purchasing a new 2017 Mazda 3. He along with Nestor were absolutely amazing with their limitless knowledge. Typically car shopping is not a fun experience however with Mauricio and Nestor, the day turned out great. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking into purchasing a vehicle to contact Mauricio Rivera due to his amazing personality and customer service.
