    I live out of state and I made an appointment 1 month in advance. I explained this situation on the phone and at the time of my appointment they told me that they texted me multiple times to change the day bc Van isn't available.I never received a message of any kind. Her assistant pinned my dress and she was not very friendly..also at the same time she was with me,she was helping another lady and taking moments to cook her food in the back. The owner that was supposed to be there for my appointment was the only one that could give me a price estimate for the alterations.They made me wait for 15 minutes to see if she can call and tell me how much I have to pay. In the end the assistant came and said that the total will be $1,200. This is more expensive than the cost of the dress. Don't waste your time at this place.
